Pina Colada Bowlcake

Take a trip to the tropics with this delicious pineapple and coconut bowlcake, flavored with rum.

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, mix the egg with the semolina, sweetener, and baking powder.
  • 2.   Add the applesauce, plant-based milk, vanilla, and rum.
  • 3.   Stir in the diced pineapple and grated coconut (save some for decoration).
  • 4.   Cook in the microwave for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
  • 5.   Remove from the bowl and decorate with pineapple pieces and a sprinkle of grated coconut.
  • 6.   Enjoy warm.

Notes & Suggestions

  • If you don't have coconut plant-based milk, you can use another type of milk.

  • 1 egg
  • 25 g of fine wheat semolina
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 slice of pineapple
  • 2 tablespoon of unsweetened applesauce
  • 45 ml of coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoon of grated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of sweetener
  • 2 teaspoon of rum
  • 1 vanilla flavor
