Pina Colada Bowlcake
Take a trip to the tropics with this delicious pineapple and coconut bowlcake, flavored with rum.

Instructions

. In a bowl, mix the egg with the semolina, sweetener, and baking powder.

. Add the applesauce, plant-based milk, vanilla, and rum.

. Stir in the diced pineapple and grated coconut (save some for decoration).

. Cook in the microwave for 2.5 to 3 minutes.

. Remove from the bowl and decorate with pineapple pieces and a sprinkle of grated coconut.

. Enjoy warm.
Notes & Suggestions
If you don't have coconut plant-based milk, you can use another type of milk.
