Instructions
1. Cook the penne in a large pot of salted boiling water, then drain them. Keep them warm in the covered pot while you prepare the sauce.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet and sauté the crushed garlic. When it becomes fragrant, add the chili pepper and tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Stir in the remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens. Add the puttanesca sauce to the pasta, mix well, and serve hot.
