Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rice in salted boiling water.
  • 2.   Once cooked, rinse it with cold water to remove the starch.
  • 3.   When the rice is cold, add the eggs cut into slices, diced tomatoes, olives, corn, and flaked tuna.
  • 4.   Refrigerate and serve chilled.

  • 320 g of rice
  • 190 g of canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 20 pitted green olives
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
