Reunionese Curry

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken into cubes.
    Slice the onions.
  • 2.   Pour oil into the Cookeo pot, preheat in "Saute" mode.
  • 3.   Saute the chicken and onions.
  • 4.   Stop sauteing.
    Add the tomatoes, white wine, ginger, thyme, turmeric, and chili paste (optional).
    Season with salt and pepper, cook under steam for 3 minutes.
  • 5.   Serve with rice or pasta.

  • 2 onions
  • 2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 2 pinch of thyme

  • 400 g of rice
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
