Moist Fruit Cocktail Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C)
    Drain the fruit cocktail.
    Soften the butter.
  • 2.   In a bowl, beat the sugar and softened butter.
    Add the eggs while continuing to beat until you obtain a homogeneous batter.
  • 3.   Add the flour and baking powder, then mix carefully.
  • 4.   Add the fruit and mix.
  • 5.   Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
    Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated oven.

  • 175 g of butter
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 250 g of flour
