Quick Bolognese in the Cookeo

Instructions

  • 1.   In the Browning mode, heat a little oil, add the peeled and chopped onion and sauté without letting it brown.
  • 2.   Add the ground beef, cook while stirring.
  • 3.   Once the meat is cooked, add the tomato paste and the 2 cans of tomato pulp. Season with salt (moderately), pepper and let it cook for a few minutes.
  • 4.   It's ready, you can pour it over your pasta, use it to make cannelloni or use it for your lasagna.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Personally, I use 1 can of plain tomato pulp and 1 can with oregano.
