Honey and Bell Pepper Beef

Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and tomatoes separately, then dice them.
    Slice the beef.
  • 2.   Heat some oil in a pan over high heat. Add the sliced beef.
  • 3.   While the beef is cooking, prepare the sauce:
    Mix water and honey in a saucepan, then add soy sauce.
  • 4.   Pour the sauce over the beef, let it boil, then reduce the heat.
  • 5.   Add the diced bell pepper.
    Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 6.   Serve with rice and tomato tartare.

  • 20 cl of water
  • 2 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 400 g of rice
  • 4 tomatoes
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
