Chicken Curry with Basmati Rice - Easy and Quick Recipe

Here is the simplest recipe ever to make a delicious foolproof chicken curry! Chicken or turkey cutlets, sour cream, curry powder, a little olive oil, and that's it! Instructions

  • 1.   Cook your rice in a pot of salted water. Follow the cooking time indicated on the packaging.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, cut the chicken cutlets into small cubes. Take a freezer bag and put the flour and half of the curry powder in it. Close the bag with your fingers and shake it to mix the ingredients well. Add the chicken cubes to the bag and mix again so that the chicken cubes are well coated with the flour/curry mixture. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the chicken until golden brown.
  • 3.   Then add the remaining curry powder, raisins, and water. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, until the sauce reduces by half. Then add the sour cream and simmer for another 5 minutes over low heat. Serve hot with a bowl of rice.

  • 20 g of flour
