Chicken Curry with Basmati Rice - easy and quick recipe

Here is the most simple recipe that exists to make a good chicken unparalleled curry! Chicken or turkey cutlets, crème fraîche, curry powder, a little olive oil, and that's it! Instructions

  • 1.   Cook your rice in a saucepan of salt water. Respect the time indicated on its packaging.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, cut the chicken cutlets in small cubes. Take a freezer bag and put flour in it with half of the curry powder, keep the bag closed with your fingers to shake it to mix the ingredients. Add the chicken dice in the bag and mix again so that the chicken dice are soaked in the flour / curry mixture. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the chicken until it is golden brown.
  • 3.   Then add the remaining curry, raisins and water. Salt and pepper to your liking. Mix well. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes, until the juice reduces by half. Then add the cream and let simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Serve hot with a bowl of rice. Enjoy your meal !
