Roasted Quails with Herbs and Lemon

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Stuff the quails with sausage meat.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix olive oil, mustard, and lemon juice.
    Brush the quails with this mixture.
  • 4.   Place a sprig of thyme on each quail and tie them up.
  • 5.   Put the quails in a baking dish.
    Add lemon slices and the remaining contents of the bowl.
  • 6.   Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
