Fish brandade with chives

. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

. Peel the potatoes. Cook them for 20 minutes.

. Add the cod after 10 minutes.

. Drain the potatoes and cod.
Mash the potatoes.
Flake the cod.
Combine everything in a mixing bowl.

. Add crushed garlic and chopped chives.
Season with salt and pepper.
Incorporate olive oil.
Gently mix.

. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
