. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Unroll the puff pastry into a tart pan and prick it with a fork.

. Drain the tuna and crumble it.
Rinse, dry, and finely chop the parsley.

. In a bowl, beat the eggs, then add the cream, salt, and pepper, and mix well.

. Incorporate the tuna and parsley.
Pour the mixture onto the pastry and sprinkle with grated cheese.

. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with a green salad.
