Chicken Tabouleh Salad

. Sauté the chicken in a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Cut into cubes. Set aside.

. Wash the cucumber, cut it in half and then into slices.

. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.

. In a salad bowl, mix the couscous, chicken, and vegetables.

. In a blender, add ripe tomatoes, herbs, salt, pepper, olive oil, and drizzle over the tabouleh. Mix well. Chill for 3 hours.
