Leek and Bacon Ramekins

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • 2.   Wash and slice the leek. Sauté it in a pan with olive oil, covered, for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Add rinsed and chopped mushrooms and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
  • 4.   Beat the eggs in a bowl, add chopped bacon, sour cream, salt, pepper, and the contents of the pan, and mix well.
  • 5.   Divide the mixture into 4 ramekins, bake for 25 minutes. Serve hot with a green salad.
