Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Wash and slice the leek. Sauté it in a pan with olive oil, covered, for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the rinsed and chopped mushrooms, then continue cooking for 5 minutes.
  • 4.   Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the chopped bacon, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • 5.   Divide the mixture into 4 ramekins.
  • 6.   Bake for 25 minutes. Serve hot with a salad.
