Herb Tortellini Broth

Instructions

  • 1.   Put the bouillon cubes in 1.5L of water, add the rosemary and let simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
  • 2.   Add the tortellini and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
  • 3.   Turn off the heat, add the herbs cut with scissors.

  • 4 bunch of mixed herbs
  • 2 chicken broths
  • 4 sprig of rosemary
  • 300 g of tortellini
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)

    We love it at home :) We usually choose spinach and ricotta tortellini and sometimes add some cubes of mozzarella before enjoying it!
