Salmon with fresh goat cheese and cucumber

Course: Main course
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the salmon fillets in half. Spread the fresh goat cheese on top and place cucumber strips on top.
  • 2.   Place them in the center of 4 moistened parchment paper sheets. Close the papillotes.
  • 3.   Place them in a steamer and cook for 10 minutes. Add mint and serve with a drizzle of olive oil.

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoon of fresh goat cheese
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 4 medium fresh mint
