Salmon with fresh goat cheese and cucumber

Instructions

. Cut the salmon fillets in half. Spread the fresh goat cheese on top and place cucumber strips on top.

. Place them in the center of 4 moistened parchment paper sheets. Close the papillotes.
3
. Place them in a steamer and cook for 10 minutes. Add mint and serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
