Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the carrots into slices and cook in salted water for 15 minutes Wash and cut the slices of leeks
  • 2.   Cook in a little water under cover
  • 3.   Brown chicken
  • 4.   Then add the chicken to the vegetables
  • 5.   Prepare the béchamel so simply in a saucepan put the milk cold corn and then start to heat and stir without stopping until the thickening of the béchamel
  • 6.   Pour vegetables and chicken into a dish and add the bechamel on top
  • 7.   Put small pieces of cheese on the gratin and hot oven bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees
