1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken fillets. For the marinade, mix the sambal, honey, paprika, half of the pressed garlic clove, salt, and pepper.
2. Transfer this marinade and the chicken fillets into a freezer bag, knead well, and refrigerate for about twenty minutes to marinate.
3. Meanwhile, grate the lemon zest to obtain 1 tsp of zest. Mix it with the cottage cheese, grated cucumber, and coriander.
4. Squeeze the other half of the garlic clove, add it to the cottage cheese, and season.
5. Grill the chicken fillets for 8 to 10 minutes on each side and serve with the cucumber cottage cheese.
