Potato Salad with Green Beans and Tuna

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes.
  • 2.   Also cook the green beans in salted water for 10 minutes, along with the eggs.
  • 3.   Once everything has cooled down, cut the potatoes, tomatoes, and hard-boiled eggs into pieces.
  • 4.   Place in a salad bowl, then add the green beans, drained tuna, and chopped parsley. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and mustard. Add salt and pepper, then season the salad.

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 4 sprig of parsley
  • 2 teaspoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
