Chorizo Paella

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and deseed the peppers, then cut them into strips.
  • 2.   Peel and slice the onions.
  • 3.   Cut the chorizo into slices.
  • 4.   In a pan, sauté the onions and peppers in olive oil.
  • 5.   Cook the rice in a pot of boiling water.
  • 6.   Drain the rice.
  • 7.   Add it to the vegetables.
  • 8.   Season with salt and pepper, then add the spice mixture.
  • 9.   Add the chorizo slices.
  • 10.   Finish cooking over very low heat for a few minutes, stirring constantly.

  • 230 g of rice
  • 60 g of chorizo
  • 2 onions
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon of paella mix
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
