Instructions

  • 1.   Peel onions, garlic and carrot. Clean the celery. Slices all the vegetables finely.
  • 2.   Sweat the onions and garlic in oil. Then add the celery and carrot, simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Then add the meat and let it come back.
  • 4.   When the meat has a nice color put the peeled tomatoes and the concentrate, then the broth.
  • 5.   Lower the heat, cover and simmer for 1/2 hour. Add salt and pepper.
  • 6.   Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and divide into plates.
  • 7.   Pour the bolognese sauce on each plate, sprinkle with basil leaves and serve.
