Ham and avocado wraps

In the office, in the sandwich box it's done in a few minutes!

Preparation: 10 minutes


  • 1.   Mix the avocado, spices and lime juice in a bowl. Arrange the avocado slices on the tortillas.
  • 2.   Top tortillas with ham, peppers, lettuce and salsa. Wrap to enclose the filling.


  • For children you can replace peppers with fresh tomatoes. You can also put a light sauce of your choice instead of salsa.

Ingredients for servings

  • ½ avocado
  • ½ teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 2 wheat tortillas
  • 6 slice of white ham
  • 100 g of roasted pepper in jar
  • 60 g of lettuce
  • 2 tablespoon of salsa sauce (optional)
