Instructions

. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the Greek yogurt
2
. Add the cornstarch, baking powder, salt, pepper, and chives
3
. Cut the surimi into small pieces, unless you choose it in crumbs, and quarter the tomatoes
4
. Put everything in a loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes in the oven
5
. Serve with a small salad and cherry tomatoes, for example
