Light surimi cake

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, beat the eggs with the Greek yogurt
  • 2.   Add the cornstarch, baking powder, salt, pepper, and chives
  • 3.   Cut the surimi into small pieces, unless you choose it in crumbs, and quarter the tomatoes
  • 4.   Put everything in a loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes in the oven
  • 5.   Serve with a small salad and cherry tomatoes, for example
