Overnight Fromage Blanc Porridge

In the porridge category, I propose a new version of porridge. There are actually two ways to prepare porridge: with or without cooking. This time, I opted for the no-cook version, in which the flakes slowly swell overnight in the fridge, hence the name "overnight oats". This version is enjoyable because it is quicker and fresher for summer days. As for flavor, a raspberry and pistachio combination is to die for! Healthy clemsy

Could you indicate the nutritional values? Thank you
Depending on the cottage cheese chosen, it can vary a lot, but on average I would say between 500 and 600.
