Instructions
1. Cut the leeks into thin slices,
2. sauté them in butter (in a sauté pan, for example) until the leeks are very tender.
3. In a separate pan, melt some butter.
4. Add the scallops to the pan and cook them for two or three minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Add the minced garlic to the sautéed leeks. Let it simmer, then add the scallops and cook for an additional minute.
