Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, dice or slice the cucumber and slice the smoked salmon.
  • 3.   Mix together plain yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   In a salad bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the smoked salmon, cucumber, and yogurt sauce, then mix everything together.
