Chicken, Goat Cheese, and Crispy Onion Burger

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the buns in half and toast them.
  • 2.   Slice the onion and fry it until crispy.
  • 3.   Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them in flour. Sear them in a little hot oil until cooked through and golden. Place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  • 4.   Spread a little mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Add lettuce, burger cheese, chicken fillet, goat cheese, and fried onion. Add a dollop of ketchup. Cover with the top half of the bun. Serve immediately with homemade fries!
