Chicken with Carrots and Curry Cream

Chicken curry is a simple recipe whose main ingredient is curry, the spice that colors our dishes yellow. In Asian cuisine, there is an elaborate version with chicken curries.

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the minced onion in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • 2.   Add the minced chicken.
  • 3.   Wait until all the chicken pieces are white.
  • 4.   Add the sliced carrots.
  • 5.   Season with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of curry (according to taste) or more.
  • 6.   Cook until the meat is caramelized.
  • 7.   Add the cream.
  • 8.   Add salt and pepper if needed.
  • 9.   Wait for 2 minutes.
