Instructions

  • 1.   Bring the lentils to a boil for 3 minutes, then drain.
  • 2.   Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
  • 3.   Sauté the onion and bacon for 3 minutes, then add the vegetables and cover for 5 minutes.
  • 4.   Add the lentils, pour in 750 ml of water, along with a bouquet garni, crushed garlic, and oregano. Let simmer for 1 hour.
  • 5.   When serving, add parsley and vinegar.
