Chicken, Avocado, and Goat Cheese Bagel

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the bagels in half, toast them quickly, and generously spread fresh goat cheese on both sides.
  • 2.   Add slices of chicken breast, avocado slices, cucumber slices, minced red onion, and thin slices of radish. Sprinkle with chives.
