Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the green beans in boiling salted water, 10 to 15 min depending on their size. They must stay a little firm. Drain them.
  • 2.   Moisten the hard-boiled eggs and chop them.
  • 3.   Arrange the green beans on the serving platter and sprinkle them with hard-boiled egg. Sprinkle with vinegar just before serving. Salt, pepper.
