Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (6 ° C) in natural convection.
  • 2.   Cut the tomato and zucchini into cubes, slice the onion. Put everything in the pan and cook covered over low heat for about 20 minutes.
  • 3.   Roll out the dough into a pie pan, keeping the parchment paper and prick it with a fork. Cook the dough for 10 minutes.
  • 4.   Beat eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper. Add the vegetables in it. Garnish the pie shell with this preparation. Sprinkle with grated Gruyère cheese.
  • 5.   Bake 20 to 25 minutes
