Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) in natural convection.
  • 2.   Cut the tomato and zucchini into cubes, finely chop the onion. Put everything in a pan and cook covered over low heat for about 20 minutes.
  • 3.   Roll out the pastry in a pie dish, keeping the parchment paper, and prick it with a fork. Bake the pastry blind for 10 minutes.
  • 4.   Beat the eggs and milk, lightly season with salt and pepper. Add the vegetables to the mixture. Fill the pastry shell with this preparation. Sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese.
  • 5.   Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

  • 3 eggs
  • 10 cl of milk
  • 20 g of grated Gruyère cheese
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)

    Very good but I find the onion too strong, so next time I will only use 1/2.
