Asian-style Beef Stew

Instructions

  • 1.   In a wok, heat the oil. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes until golden. Add the thinly sliced beef and cook for 5 minutes until browned. Add the spring roll sauce, soy sauce, and lemon juice, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 2.   Add the grated carrots, green beans, and bean sprouts. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the Chinese noodles according to the package instructions, adding curry powder to the cooking water. Drain the noodles and mix them with the stew. Season to taste.
