Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
2. Slice the onions.
Dice the bell peppers into small pieces.
3. Sauté the onions and bell peppers for 5 minutes in 1 tsp of oil, then add the pasta and tuna. Set aside.
4. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
5. Prepare the sauce. Boil the milk in a saucepan, then beat the eggs in a bowl. Pour the hot milk into the eggs while whisking. Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook over low heat until thickened. Once done, remove from heat and add the chives, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix the sauce with the pasta.
6. Transfer everything to a gratin dish and bake for 20 minutes. Divide into 4 equal portions.
