Instructions

  • 1.   Steam the leeks.
  • 2.   Bring the milk to a boil, thicken with cornstarch.
  • 3.   Season with pepper, salt. Add nutmeg.
  • 4.   In a lasagna dish, layer sauce, leeks, salmon, and lasagna noodles.
  • 5.   Finish with the last layer by doing the opposite. Place directly on the noodles, leeks, salmon, then the lightened sauce and top with reduced-fat gruyere cheese...
  • 6.   Bake at 160°C (320°F) with convection heat for 30-40 minutes.
