Instructions

  • 1.   1. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds or strips using a peeler. Peel, remove the germ, and grate the garlic.
  • 2.   2. Sauté the garlic in a pan with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the zucchini and let them sweat for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • 4.   4. In a bowl, mix the eggs, cream, milk, half of the cheese, salt, and pepper. Add the zucchini.
  • 5.   5. Pour everything into a gratin dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the gratin.
  • 6.   6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the top of the gratin is golden.
  • 7.   7. Serve with fresh parsley.

  • 3 eggs
  • 10 cl of light cream (12-15%)
  • 10 cl of skim milk
  • 30 g of grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 stalk of parsley
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
