. 1. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds or strips using a peeler. Peel, remove the germ, and grate the garlic.

. 2. Sauté the garlic in a pan with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the zucchini and let them sweat for 10 minutes.

. 3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

. 4. In a bowl, mix the eggs, cream, milk, half of the cheese, salt, and pepper. Add the zucchini.

. 5. Pour everything into a gratin dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the gratin.

. 6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the top of the gratin is golden.

. 7. Serve with fresh parsley.
