Instructions

  • 1.   1. Peel, core, and cut the apples into quarters. Slice them very thinly using a mandoline.
  • 2.   2. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
  • 3.   3. Mix the eggs, flour, salt, and milk. Add the apple slices and mix well to coat them with the mixture.
  • 4.   4. Pour the mixture into a tart pan. Press down to compact the mixture. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
  • 5.   5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, checking for browning. Allow to cool completely before serving.

  • 10 cl of skim milk
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
