Creamy Cucumber

The authentic recipe is made with heavy cream, but you can also use light cream according to your taste. Cucumbers can also be enjoyed as a main dish, accompanied by homemade mashed potatoes topped with sautéed shallots.

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the cucumber into rounds, then let it drain.
  • 2.   Place the cucumber slices in a dish, add the cream, vinegar, salt, pepper, and as much chives as desired.
