Turkey escalope with cream and mustard

Delicious pieces of turkey with a creamy and flavorful sauce! :D Very good served with rice, green beans or other vegetables (rice is really the best!). Don't hesitate to make more sauce than planned, to mix with the side dish ^^

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the turkey escalope into small pieces and cook them in a pan.
  • 2.   Halfway through cooking, spread mustard (Dijon or whole grain) on the meat to cook it.
  • 3.   At the end of cooking, add cream and let everything mix together while stirring regularly.
  • 4.   When the cream has heated up and has a nice beige-brown color (cooking and mixing with mustard), it's ready!!
