Turkey escalope with cream and mustard

Delicious pieces of turkey with creamy and tasty cream! : D Very good with rice, green beans or other vegetables (rice is really a must!). Do not hesitate to make more sauce than expected, to mix with the accompaniment ^^

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the turkey cutlet into small pieces and cook in a frying pan
  • 2.   Halfway through cooking, spread mustard (Dijon or old) on the meat to cook it
  • 3.   At the end of the cooking, add some fresh cream and let everything mix by stirring regularly.
  • 4.   When the cream has heated and takes a nice beige brown color (cooking and mixing with mustard), it's ready !!
