Low Carb Chocolate Cookies

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
  • 2.   In a bowl, crack the eggs and add the fructose. Mix well, then add the almond powder and hazelnut powder. Break the chocolate into small pieces and add it to the mixture.
  • 3.   Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  • 4.   Use 2 spoons to make small cookies and place them on the parchment paper. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoon of fructose
  • 125 g of hazelnut powder
  • 125 g of almond powder
  • 100 g of dark chocolate 70%
