Instructions

  • 1.   Place 1 slice of bread and spread béchamel sauce on top.
  • 2.   Place a slice of ham.
  • 3.   Spread béchamel sauce on top.
  • 4.   Place 1 slice of bread, spread béchamel sauce on top, and cover with grated cheese.
  • 5.   Season with a pinch of nutmeg.
  • 6.   Repeat all the steps for the second sandwich.
  • 7.   Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

  • 4 slice of gluten-free bread
  • 2 slice of white ham
  • 20 cl of béchamel sauce
  • 40 g of sheep cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pinch of nutmeg
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
