Instructions

  • 1.   First, cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water, according to the cooking time indicated on the packaging.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, drain the mozzarella balls, and pluck the basil leaves.
  • 3.   In a large salad bowl, add the cooked pasta and mix in the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, Parmesan shavings, arugula, Italian cured ham cut into pieces, pine nuts, pesto sauce, and mix well. Garnish with basil leaves.

  • 3 slice of cured ham
  • 50 g of grated parmesan
  • 4 handful of arugula
  • 3 teaspoon of pine nut
  • 3 teaspoon of pesto
  • 3 leaf of fresh basil
