1. Sauté the sliced onions and minced garlic in olive oil until golden.
2. On low heat, add 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar + 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and simmer for another 2 minutes.
4. Then mix the onion mixture with ground beef, add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1 teaspoon of ground coriander, salt, and pepper.
5. Shape the mixture into 6 patties and cook to your liking.
6. Deglaze with 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and brown sugar.
