Slimming Surimi Rice Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rice as indicated on the package. Drain it and let it cool.
  • 2.   Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Wash the cucumber and cut it into slices. Cut the surimi sticks into cubes. Wash and finely chop the chives. In a salad bowl, mix all the salad ingredients.
  • 3.   Prepare a vinaigrette with oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour it over the salad and mix well.
  • 4.   Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
