Instructions

  • 1.   In the sauté mode, sauté the chorizo and then the onion.
  • 2.   Mix.
  • 3.   Add the carrots and lentils, then mix.
  • 4.   Stop the sauté mode and add the tomato sauce and water, then mix and cook for 15 minutes in the quick cooking or pressure cooking mode.
  • 5.   5. Season with salt and pepper at the end of cooking.
