Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the potatoes well, then cook them in a pot filled with salted water for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Then drain the potatoes, peel them, and cut them into pieces.
    Peel the shallot and finely chop it.
    In a salad bowl, combine the potatoes, drained and flaked tuna, parsley, shallot, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, then mix everything together.
    Refrigerate the salad until ready to serve.
