Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to the package instructions.
  • 2.   Clean the vegetables and cut them into small cubes.
  • 3.   In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the shallot for 3 minutes.
  • 4.   Add the remaining vegetables and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water if necessary.
  • 5.   At the end of cooking, add the curry and cream, then season with salt and pepper and stir.
  • 6.   Drain the pasta and add it to the pan, then mix everything together and serve your dish immediately.
