Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rice in a pot of water (according to the cooking time indicated for the type of rice), drain and let it cool. Transfer it to a large salad bowl.
  • 2.   While the hard-boiled eggs are cooking, cut the bell peppers into small pieces and add them to the rice.
  • 3.   Add the crumbled tuna previously mixed with mayonnaise.
  • 4.   Slice the pickles, onions, and radishes and add them.
  • 5.   Add the drained corn, tomatoes, and quartered eggs.
  • 6.   Season with honey vinegar or as desired and enjoy chilled.
