Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
  • 2.   Peel mushrooms and cut into strips (thickness according to taste).
  • 3.   (eco-responsible version: in a kettle, boil the cooking water for pasta). Cook pasta in boiling, salted water.
  • 4.   Brown the cubes of chicken breast and mushrooms in a hot skillet.
  • 5.   When the chicken and mushrooms are cooked reserve them and deglaze the pan with the cooking rice cream.
  • 6.   Drain the pasta.
  • 7.   In the pan combine the pasta, chicken and mushrooms in the cream.
