Creamy Zucchini

Zucchini is an easy-to-cook summer vegetable. With chopped onion, some bacon bits, and cream, thinly sliced zucchini is a delight.

Instructions

  • 1.   In olive oil, sauté the diced zucchini and garlic on the golden mode for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Without adding any liquid, continue cooking for 3 minutes under pressure.
  • 3.   At the end of cooking, add salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of heavy cream, and 50g of grated Gruyère cheese.
